Clinical responsibility

Terms for specialists

These terms apply to physicians and licensed health professionals using Trainaifit.health for patient care. This is not a game: professional conduct, credential truthfulness, and patient safety are mandatory.

1. Platform role

Trainaifit.health is a technology platform. It does not replace a hospital or your clinical judgment. You are professionally responsible for every decision, indication, omission, and follow-up with the patient.

2. No false information

Registering a false or misleading identity, title, specialty, license number, practice country, or experience is prohibited. Falsity is grounds for immediate suspension and may be reported to competent authorities.

3. Valid license and jurisdiction

You must hold a valid professional license/registration in the jurisdiction where you care for the patient (or as required by your lawful practice modality). If your license is suspended or expires, you must stop using the clinical channel immediately.

4. CV and certificates

You commit to provide a CV and certificates of degree/specialty/license for founding verification. Without verifiable documentation there will be no full enablement to care for patients on the network.

5. Duty against recklessness

You will not use the platform for reckless, negligent, or non-consented experimental acts, nor to bypass ethical or legal professional standards. Harm to patient health remains your clinical and legal responsibility; the platform is not a substitute for your license.

6. Privacy and clinical data

You will treat patient data confidentially (professional secrecy and applicable data-protection rules). You will not export, sell, or disclose clinical information outside authorized use.

7. Suspension and audit

The platform may suspend access upon signs of fraud, reported malpractice, unverifiable credentials, or misuse, without prejudice to legal action.

Approvals and compliance (current status)

We do NOT currently claim international governmental medical-device approvals or multi-country telemedicine licenses. Claiming that without holding it increases legal risk. The platform is offered as an intermediary technology tool. The specialist acts under their own professional license and remains responsible for clinical judgment. In the coming days we will map a real plan with you: jurisdiction(s), telemedicine rules, B2B contracts, professional liability insurance, license verification, and regulatory pathways where applicable.
